For services such as AI agent setup, business automation, or custom integrations:

  • Once the service has been initiated or access has been granted, refunds are not available, as our services involve personalized setup and digital implementation.
  • If the project has not yet started and you wish to cancel within 24 hours of payment, we may consider a partial refund after deducting administrative or processing fees.

2. Digital Products and Training Programs

For online training, digital downloads, or workshops:

  • Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all sales are final once access is provided.
  • Refunds are only issued if:
    • You are charged more than once for the same product (duplicate payment), or
    • You are unable to access the purchased content due to a verified technical issue on our end.

In such cases, please email us at support@avptechsolution.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll resolve it promptly.


3. Subscription Plans (if applicable)

For recurring plans or SaaS subscriptions:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time after cancellation.
